Meditation is not only about finding serenity…serenity is the gateway to finding bliss.

Meditation is an exercise for training the mind to relax and re-training it to focus on the pleasantries of life that make the heart feel full of bliss.

Life gives us choices in how we handle difficult situations and meditation is a powerful stress-reliever.

It calms the nervous system to allow for better solutions to rise to the consciousness.

Where prolonged stress can lead to health issues, meditation has a healing effect.

To FEEL good!

You may think acquiring things or connecting with people makes your heart feel good, but it’s the other way around.

Feeling good in your heart first attracts good things and people who magnify the goodness that is already within.

That’s why learning to change your feelings gives you greater control of your life experiences.

Try it! Ask into your heart and it will tell you the same thing: it just wants to feel good!

The hero truth

The dis-empowering loser lie VS The empowering heroic truth

Contrary to what engineering we have been conditioned to believe, the truth will always shine through. I don’t need to delve into the out-dated zeitgeist behind the governing bodies that exploited religious texts to manipulate the masses. And, I most definitely don’t need to remind anyone of the consequences of such de-humanizing subjugation.

The indoctrination of a lie that states we are born ‘less-than’ that is forced upon children in any institutionalized atmosphere creates a very deeply rooted self-destructive pattern in their character. In current day awareness and therapy circles this form of subtle programming is likened to hypnosis where the developing brain up to about age seven is in the learning state.

You can more easily learn to live as your inner hero by shifting the energy around the lie itself until that old idea dissolves into nothingness & universal love raises you up.
